The renting of Villa Capolona includes the whole property offering a main villa sleeping 14 people, a smaller unit accessible from the villa courtyard and accommodating extra 4 people and a large shared area with spacious living areas (fireplace and table tennis) and a kitchen. This property is ideal for family reunions and large groups (up to 18 people).

The property, thanks to its spacious interiors and its large exteriors, guarantees a pleasure and safe stay. All the areas, including the swimming pool, are carefully sanitized and sterilized for the health and tranquility of guests.

The beautiful town of Arezzo is 17 km away and it is easily accessible by train (a local railroad with a small 2-coach train connecting the village of Stia to Arezzo passes approx. 100 m from the villa).

At guests’ disposal: large garden, private swimming-pool (12 x 8 m - depth 1,5 m – open from 15 April to 15 October), outdoor areas furnished with tables and sofas, barbecue area, large shared room with table tennis, fireplace, kitchen accessible from the villa courtyard.

Extra Services: Baby bed available free of charge. Maid service by arrangement € 12,- / per hour (payment on site). Upon request it is possible to organize Tuscan dinners. Extra bed: € 100,- per week. Small pets are allowed by paying an extra charge of € 100,- / per week (payment on the spot).
