The private swimming pool measures 8.5m x 4.5m (depth between 1m and 1.7m), access is via Roman Steps and is surrounded by a paved sun terrace with 10 comfortable sunbeds as well as shades for the hottest hours of the day. The pool is beautifully lit at night. The extensive gardens with lawn, flowers and local trees are the perfect spot to relax or play, or enjoy a delicious charcoal-grilled meal (the villa is provided with 2 barbecue, one in the garden and one on the upper terrace).

Free private parking for up to 4 cars is available on the premises. The friendly owner, Mr Kostas, also owns a little boat (6 pax) and will be happy to take the guests of the villa to some of the most beautiful nearby bays (for a small charge, details can be agreed locally).
