This tour operates only on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays in January, February, March, November and December.
 


Starting from Florence, you will be taken to Siena by an English speaking driver. Once in Siena you will enjoy a guided walking tour of the ancient town including Piazza del Campo, the main square where the famous Palio horse race takes place every year, and quieter backstreets where the history of the Contrade, the 17 medieval city districts that compete against each other in the Palio, will be unfolded.

The journey continues to San Gimignano, famous for its "medieval skyscrapers", high walls and narrow streets. After some free time in San Gimignano, you will savor a delicious Tuscan lunch.

At last, you will reach Pisa where you will explore its famous Piazza dei Miracoli, a magnificent square with the incredible cathedral and baptistery, all dominated by the world-renowned Leaning Tower. Please note that the tower tickets are not included in this tour. If the line to climb up the tower is not too long, you will have a chance to buy the tickets on the spot.

Group Tour - Pisa with Leaning Tower Tickets - Excursion from Florence

Today, visit the home of the famous leaning tower - Pisa! In the heart of the city is Piazza dei Miracoli where you will simultaneously see the Leaning Tower, Baptistery, Cathedral, and the Monumental Cemetery. Each of these buildings are stunning in their own way and have unique stories to tell. Be sure to take a photo of you holding up the leaning tower!

Then, you will get 30 minutes to climb the nearly 300 steps of the leaning tower and take spectacular pictures from the top!

Group Tour - Pisa & Lucca - Excursion from Florence

Visit two of Tuscany's most important towns - Pisa and Lucca on this day excursion from Florence. Plus enjoy a tasting of the famous Buccellato cake from Lucca.

The first stop today is Pisa! In the heart of the city is Piazza dei Miracoli where you will simultaneously see the Leaning Tower, Baptistery, Cathedral, and the Monumental Cemetery. Each of these buildings are stunning in their own way and have unique stories to tell. Be sure to take a photo of you holding up the leaning tower!

Then continue onto Lucca. Walking along all the small shops, you'll come to the circular Piazza del Mercato which is built on top of the remains of the Roman amphitheater dating back to the second century BC. Also, see the Cathedral of San Martino and the Guinigi tower before tasting the typical cake from Lucca: the Buccellato.
