Embark in the morning on your private boat from Capri and cruise across the Bay of Naples towards the Amalfi Coast. You will see a beautiful view of the entire Isle of Capri behind you, the vast cliffs of the Amalfi Coast in front of you, with Naples and Mt. Vesuvius on your left as you cross the bay. The views are spectacular. You will have the opportunity to stop and swim, visit various villages, and experience the beauty of the unique coastline.
Here are some highlights of the tour:
Nerano: A small fishing village on the Amalfi Coast and home of the "Blue Flag" which is awarded to various beaches under strict criteria, signifying high quality and cleanliness of the sea.
Crapolla: A fiord just past Nerano where you can see the remains of a Roman villa and a tiny beach where fisherman still repair their fishing boats today.
Li Galli Islands: A set of private islands off the coast of Positano where Ulysses heard the song of the sirens as he passed through. There is an underwater nature reserve in the middle of the archipelago and a beautiful view of Positano as well as Capri.
Positano: The view of Positano from the sea is one of the most famous views in the world. Cruise along the coastline and pass the world-renown 5 star San Pietro Hotel, small hidden coves and beaches where you can stop for a swim off the boat if you would like.
Praiano: A typical Amalfi Coast fishing village that is built onto two sides of the mountain and home to the sea cave dubbed "La Grotta Africana".
Furore: Here you will pass a wonderful turquoise Fjord with a bridge where a diving competition is held every year. It is also the location where Roberto Rossellini filmed "Amore" beside Anna Magnani.
Conca dei Marini: You will pass a beautiful bay under the former villa of Sophia Loren, as well as a natural arc in the rocks dubbed the "Lover's Arc". This is one of the most beautiful spots on the Amalfi Coast and was voted to be in the top 100 most beautiful villages in all of Italy.
Amalfi: The most famous town on the Amalfi Coast, a bustling village with a beautiful cathedral dedicated to St. Andrew and home to lovely hotels, shops, restaurants and an historic paper mill/museum which produces organic paper.
