Under the guidance of your private Chef, you'll immerse yourself in Sicilian culinary traditions, creating your own meal from a selection of local recipes. Additionally, a local farmer will provide a demonstration of traditional cheese-making techniques, including the production of fresh Ricotta cheese.
Afterward, savor your culinary creations accompanied by a selection of Sicilian wines on the terrace overlooking the tranquil surroundings. Following lunch, your English-speaking driver will escort you to Palazzolo Acreide, an ancient Greek town boasting a well-preserved Greek theater and Baroque-style downtown.
