This morning you will meet your chef at a central location in Siracusa. You will take a short walk to the Ortigia outdoor market to buy fresh products and other ingredients you will need for your cooking lesson. Then you will go to the cooking class location and learn how to prepare traditional Sicilian dishes. The lesson will conclude with a taste of your own creations accompanied by a glass of wine.
