Mount Etna is one of the world's most active volcanoes and one of the Europe's highest volcanoes. It has more than 400 craters, spread all over the Catania county. To the ancient Greeks, Mt. Etna was the realm of Vulcan, god of fire, and the home of the one-eyed monster known as the Cyclops.
You will be taken to the South side of the Etna National Park at 6300ft by your private driver. Here you can see the newest lava flows and craters from the 2001/2003 eruptions. Then continue onto a winery for a wine tasting with snacks and Taormina for a visit of the town on your own.

Then you can take a walk to the “Silvestri” craters (last century eruption) and the newest lava flows and craters from the 2001/2003 eruptions or you can take a cable car to the top of the volcano. Enjoy the desert moon atmosphere! Then, you will stop at a local winery for light lunch and a wine tasting

Then stop at the "VITELLI" bar, one of Coppola's favorite spots. Then drive to Forza D'Agrò, which is, without a doubt, one of the best examples of a typical village which still conserves its medieval street layout. Last stop of the tour is Taormina, a resort town perched on the side of a mountain, famous for its stunning Greek Theater and breathtaking views.

Begin your day in Siracusa with a stroll along the historical center. Visit the Archaeological Park of Neapolis with is Greek theater, the Roman amphitheater and Latomia del Paradiso (with its Dionysius Hear) and the "Ara of Hyeron".
Then head to 'Ortigia Island', the heart of the city and walk the ancient narrow streets, which still keep the Medieval influence, before arriving at the Duomo square, one of the city highlights.
