The hike starts with a steady hill climb, then it becomes mostly flat on a paved or stone path. Then, you will reach an Old Mill for a 2-course lunch including an appetizer with local specialties and a local pasta dish with pesto sauce, paired with the only beer made in Portofino. At the end of lunch, you will be taken back to Portofino. Feel free to enjoy some free time in this lovely town or make your way back to Santa Margherita Ligure on your own.

If the public boat to San Fruttuoso gets canceled due to the weather and sea conditions, you will visit the picturesque fishing village of Camogli.
