Join us for a fun, hands-on experience where you'll learn to make one of Italy's most iconic dishes—pasta! Guided by professional chefs, you'll master the art of creating fresh egg pasta dough and prepare two traditional pasta types paired with two seasonal sauces. The chef will share tips to easily recreate these dishes at home.
While the dough rests, dive into a gelato-making demonstration, where you'll learn the history, ingredients, and techniques of this beloved Italian treat, along with tips on finding the best gelaterias during your travels.
You'll receive a digital recipe booklet to share with friends and family. Vegetarian options are available, and please notify us in advance of any food allergies.
