Itinerary
After arriving in Tuscany, enjoy a delicious farm-to-table dinner at an elegant and authentic restaurant. The dishes, made with locally sourced ingredients, offer a perfect balance of new ideas and storied flavors.

The day begins with a walking tour of beautiful Florence, culminating in a visit to Casa Buonarroti, the former residence of Michelangelo. After taking in the works of one of the Renaissance’s most accomplished artists, you’ll have lunch at a historic Renaissance palace in the city center, where you’ll have the opportunity to try exquisite wines. Next, you’ll have the very special opportunity to visit the studio of a Florentine sculptor, meet the master and explore his works. Finally, you’ll end the day with dinner at a local restaurant where you’ll be served seasonal food and exclusive wines.

You’ll begin the day exploring the Tuscan countryside in search of delicious truffles under the guidance of an expert Truffle hunter and his dog. Take in the quiet forest paths and embrace the scenic views as you learn about characteristics and properties of the truffles before coming to a small local osteria where you’ll enjoy the fruits of your labor and enjoy a four-course meal.
After lunch, you’ll visit a prestigious winery, one of the finest in the world. You’ll descend into a spectacular wine cellar before heading up to the tasting room, where you’ll sample award winning wines. In the evening, head outdoors for a private photoshoot in the Italian countryside, under the setting Tuscan sun.
Afterwards, savor a typical Tuscan evening meal, updated and tailored to perfectly match the wines you sampled earlier in the day.

This morning, begin your short journey from Tuscany to Verona. Visit the oldest family-owned Acetaia in the Modena area, producing traditional Balsamic vinegar. Once there, you’ll be escorted through the farm by a member of the family. See the vineyards and the aging rooms, containing 3000 barrels before an exceptionally unique tasting of “Black Gold,” the family’s oldest vinegar, which has been aged for 150 years. Lunch at the Acetaia will feature local specialties, of course, showcasing the family’s Balsamic vinegars.
Your first stop in Verona will be the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes. Located on the hill San Leonardo, the highest point in Verona, you’ll be awed by both the natural beauty of the area and the artistic beauty of the sanctuary. Then, end your day with a private and intimate dinner at a famed local restaurant. Enjoy a delicious dinner complete with table-side musical accompaniment while overlooking the historic excavation of the Roman capital.

Enjoy the Italian countryside at a faster, exciting pace today! In the morning, you’ll have the opportunity to drive a classic roadster through the rolling Prosecco Hills. Listen to the melodious hum of the engine and relish the marvel of engineering before you. Savor every vibration which moves through the steering wheel into your palms, feel the wind through your hair, and embrace each turn as you cruise through the majestic Italian countryside.
Next, you’ll be welcomed to a private castle, the Noble House residence of a family holding aristocratic status. Meet the family and explore the 13th century castle. Take in the sights from its prime location, enjoy the historic architecture and enjoy its lovely features including the winery and vineyard. Following your visit, head into town for another delectable meal at a local restaurant. Relax and breathe in the fresh air as you’re treated to fine local cuisine.
In the evening, you’ll head to the Verona Arena for front row seats at the opera, where you’ll be serenaded and wooed by entrancing musical performances and where you'll indulge in an exclusive dinner at the arena’s private terrace. Enjoy a locally sourced seasonal meal, accompanied by the finest wines as you overlook the Piazza Bra.

Lake Garda’s picturesque villages and castles; rose-bay shrubs, olive trees, and vines; and stunning cerulean water paint a visage out of a fairy tale. Its beauty is unrivaled. And you’ll be able to view it all by air during your private helicopter tour of the lake.
Next, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant overlooking the lake. Savor the local food, breathe deeply, take in the fresh air and enjoy the atmosphere of your lovely surroundings.
After lunch you’ll visit Bardolino, a charming town on Lake Garda with picturesque waterfront and medieval architecture. You started the day by viewing the lake from high above, then dined overlooking it. At sunset, you’ll be on the water when you travel to Sirmione by private boat. Once there, you’ll have the opportunity to stroll through town before you travel back to Verona by private car.
To complete your extraordinary journey, you’ll enjoy a farewell dinner at a Michelin-starred restaurant in Verona. There are no barriers here, you’ll be able to view the master chef at work as he prepares your meals, creating an interactive and intimate dining experience. And of course, the farewell dinner would not be complete without an equally impressive offering of wines.
