Villa Ancora is an old home that has been skillfully renovated to offer our guests the utmost in comfort.

Located on the slopes of Monte Morello (near Florence), this vacation house can accommodate up to 6 people thanks to its 2 bedrooms and bright, spacious interiors. One of Villa Ancora’s most evocative features is the fireplace, where you can warm up with friends and family on cold days. The sweeping views of the valley of Florence and the surrounding nature make it easy to forget you are just kilometers from the city.

Outside, the villa is surrounded by 82,000 square meters of land, with fruit trees, plants, pastures and woods. In the enclosed garden, at guests’ disposal there is an above ground pool for enjoying lovely days in the sun, taking in the quiet and tranquility of the countryside, as well as a nice barbecue area with table and chairs for grilling and eating al fresco.

About 10 meters away there is a completely separate villa (Villa Tenuta Lonciano, which is also in our catalogue) that shares only the entrance way with Villa Ancora.

Villa Ancora’s strategic location is perfect for a relaxing vacation, walking and exploring Monte Morello Natural Park. It is also close to art attractions in Florence (just 10 km away), Arezzo, and Siena, and all of Tuscany’s most characteristic spots. You can taste excellent wines in the Chianti and Val d’Orcia, and savor the specialties of Tuscan cuisine.
