Also outside there is a loggia with table and chairs for outdoor entertaining, perfect for relaxation and enjoying the fantastic view over the surrounding countryside.

The property is part of the famous Vannucci Piante farming estate, being the premier European plant producer. Agricultural products from the property, including wine and olive oil, can be purchased by guests. The villa is in an excellent position geographically allowing you to easily visit the greatest art cities of Tuscany (Florence, Montecatini, Pistoia, Collodi with its theme park dedicated to Pinocchio, Pisa, Lucca and la Versilia.

Firenze 38 km (Airport), Pisa 68 km (Airport), Lucca 50 km, the seaside resorts of Versilia, forte dei Marmi, Viareggio, Pietrasanta 80 km.

The coast (Versilia) is around an hour’s drive away where you will find both free beaches as well as businesses offering restaurants and services.
