Enjoy a cooking class in a lovely location with a beautiful panoramic terrace just above Monterosso. Your Chef will show you how to make the most famous recipes from this beautiful region including the traditional pesto sauce, hand-made pasta, vegetable pie and focaccia. Enjoy a private cooking class at a Florentine signora's beautiful home located in the outskirt of Florence. The house was built in the 11th century as a lookout tower. Later, it became the residence of Francesco Granacci, a successful painter in the 16th century and one of Michelangelo’s close friends, and for this reason it was named “Casa del Pittore” (Painter’s house). It’s now a gorgeous renovated stone farmer’s house on a hilltop overlooking Florence.
During your 3-hour hands-on cooking class, you will learn how to prepare a typical 4-course Tuscan meal. Li Galli Islands: A set of private islands off the coast of Positano where Ulysses heard the song of the sirens as he passed through. There is an underwater nature reserve in the middle of the archipelago and a beautiful view of Positano as well as Capri.
Positano: The view of Positano from the sea is one of the most famous views in the world. Cruise along the coastline and pass the world-renown 5 star San Pietro Hotel, small hidden coves and beaches where you can stop for a swim off the boat if you would like.
Praiano: A typical Amalfi Coast fishing village that is built onto two sides of the mountain and home to the sea cave dubbed "La Grotta Africana".
Furore: Here you will pass a wonderful turquoise Fjord with a bridge where a diving competition is held every year. It is also the location where Roberto Rossellini filmed "Amore" beside Anna Magnani.
Conca dei Marini: You will pass a beautiful bay under the former villa of Sophia Loren, as well as a natural arc in the rocks dubbed the "Lover's Arc". This is one of the most beautiful spots on the Amalfi Coast and was voted to be in the top 100 most beautiful villages in all of Italy.
Amalfi: The most famous town on the Amalfi Coast, a bustling village with a beautiful cathedral dedicated to St. Andrew and home to lovely hotels, shops, restaurants and an historic paper mill/museum which produces organic paper.

Starting from Florence, you will be taken to Siena by an English speaking driver. Once in Siena you will enjoy a guided walking tour of the ancient town including Piazza del Campo, the main square where the famous Palio horse race takes place every year, and quieter backstreets where the history of the Contrade, the 17 medieval city districts that compete against each other in the Palio, will be unfolded.
The journey continues to San Gimignano, famous for its "medieval skyscrapers", high walls and narrow streets. After some free time in San Gimignano, you will savor a delicious Tuscan lunch.
At last, you will reach Pisa where you will explore its famous Piazza dei Miracoli, a magnificent square with the incredible cathedral and baptistery, all dominated by the world-renowned Leaning Tower. Please note that the tower tickets are not included in this tour. If the line to climb up the tower is not too long, you will have a chance to buy the tickets on the spot.

Hike in the Portofino National Park and then reward yourself with a delicious lunch at an Old Mill.
Spend a day immersed in the unique natural setting of Portofino Promontory. Your expert private guide will accompany you on the well-traveled 3-mile trail that goes from Santa Margherita to Portofino. The hike starts with a steady hill climb, then it becomes mostly flat on a paved or stone path. You will walk among lush Mediterranean vegetation, olive groves and amazing cliffs admiring breathtaking views. The hike lasts about 3 hours. Then, you will reach an Old Mill for a 2-course lunch including an appetizer with local specialties and a local pasta dish with pesto sauce, paired with the only beer made in Portofino. At the end of lunch, you will be taken back to Portofino. Feel free to enjoy some free time in this lovely town or make your way back to Santa Margherita Ligure on your own.
